Parmigiano Reggiano!

Tours today of parmesan cheese dairy and balsamic vinegar acetaia. 


After the two tours we went back to Modena and enjoyed our panini on a piazza and watched the monthly outdoor flea market take place.   We climbed the Ghirlandina tower and explored the city's basilica.  Dinner of local specialties tortellini in brodo and tagliatelle with wild boar ragu.  Perfetto!
